Northrop Grumman Mission Systems Sector is seeking a Contract Administrator Manager 1 to join our team in Salt Lake City, UT or Woodland Hills, CA. This position will support the overall Sector, with direct support provided to multiple divisions.
This manager position will lead the West Coast contracts setup group in support of loading, inputting and modifying a broad range of contracts into the SAP system. The successful candidate will work closely on a day-to-day basis with the MS CSG Manager, East Coast CSG Manager and local contract and business management teams.
Responsibilities of the West Coast CSG Contracts Manager include managing a staff of 11 CSG reps across 3 separate campuses, metrics reporting, providing training to staff, conducting and leading peer review audits, and processing actions within the SAP system.
The West Coast CSG Contracts Manager must possess the ability to work collaboratively with the East Coast CSG Contracts Manager, effectively manage internal customers, and provide guidance and direction to staff based upon the requirements of contracts. Must have strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's Degree and 5 years experience working as a Contracts Administration professional or relevant work experience. Candidates with 9 years of professional relevant work experience will be given consideration in lieu of the Bachelors degree.
• Demonstrated knowledge of contracts administration in a FAR/DFARS environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• MS Office proficiency, specifically with Excel and MS Powerpoint
• Proficiency in SAP (SD and/or PS modules)
• Background in DoD contracting
• Prior leadership experience
