Northrop Grumman Engineer Electrical 3/4 (Analog Design) in Woodland Hills, California

This position is for an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for detailed design of Analog circuits and sub-systems. Design tasks include system level requirements analysis, sub-system level requirements development, conceptual design, preliminary design, and detailed design through design verification and transition to production. Analysis tasks include detailed circuit modeling, simulation and analysis, signal integrity analysis, electrical stress analysis, and worst-case circuit analysis.
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on qualifications listed below.
This requisition may be filled at either a level 3 or a level 4.
The basic requirements for a level 3 is a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 3 years experience.
The basic requirements for a level 4 is a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.

Electrical circuit design
Circuit modeling and simulation
Circuit and sub-system test and troubleshooting
U.S. Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain a Secret Clearance
A Masters' degree in Electrical Engineering
Direct experience in Analog circuit design
Circuit board design
Signal integrity analysis
Worst case circuit analysis
Electrical stress analysis
Design verification and test
