Northrop Grumman Principal Business Process Analyst in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania
Northrop Grumman is seeking a Business Process Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is an on-site position with no telecommute supporting the USPS ETS contract in Washington, DC at L'Enfant Plaza. The candidate must be able to obtain a USPS Sensitive clearance prior to start. Shall perform as Tester and Requirements Analyst for Information System Requirements and Acceptance Testing for Retail and Mailer systems, International, Operations, and Internet, Intranet, and Call Center functions that either interface or are integrated into the USPS Product Tracking System.
Roles and responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Responsible for synthesizing customer contractual needs and requirements into system test solutions that acknowledges technical, schedule and cost constraints.
Perform systems analysis, develop requirements documentation, and create and conduct customer acceptance tests for all components
Develop requirements documentation for each required change according to established standards provided by USPS.
Analyze business and technical requirements and design solutions
Coordinates integrated testing activities.
Perform ad-hoc research and analysis using USPS provided applications and tools.
Participate in and review database design and data modeling
Ensures that project and process control documentation are compliant with requirements, objectives and/or contract.
Reviews software design, change specifications, and plans against contractual and/or process requirements.
Reviews include applicable specifications, materials, tools, techniques, and methodologies.
Performs or directs verification of software requirement allocations, traceability, and testability.
Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 6 years' experience or 10 years of experience in lieu of a Degree
Minimum of 7 years' software experience; must be proficient with SQL/Oracle SQL Developer
Minimum of 7 years' experience with requirements analyzing and developing software requirements
Minimum of 7 years' experience performing software testing
Must be able to obtain a USPS Sensitive security clearance (US Citizenship or Permanent Resident/green card required). Must not have traveled outside of the United States for a combined period of 6 months or longer within in the last 5 years
