Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst. This position will be located at our site in Warner Robins, GA. where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Depot Manufacturing Team working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment.

Position is on-site in Warner Robins, GA. and cannot be performed remotely

We seek a Principal Manufacturing Analyst that use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for management of bill of material, production planning and depot shop floor assembly assistance within the Defense Systems.

Responsibilities

The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.

Other duties may include:

  • Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.

  • Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

Basic Qualifications Principal Manufacturing Analyst

  • Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years of experience in manufacturing, or production OR Master’s Degree with 4 years of experience in manufacturing or production. Note : 10 years of experience in manufacturing or production may be considered in lieu of a degree; 8 years of experience in manufacturing or production may be considered with Associates Degree

  • Ability to work any shift depending on business needs.

  • Current DoD Secret Clearance or higher; must be able to maintain Secret level clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment.

  • Experience in RF and Radar Systems

  • Experience in Electronic Repair

  • Experience in an engineering environment.

  • SAP and MES knowledge or experience.

  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word
