Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services, is seeking a Tier 3 Support Position to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This is position that will require onsite support at Warner Robins, GA and some travel in support of other DS sites.
The person selectecd for this role will provide administrative support for Warner Robins to include managing user access, role maintenance, and callboard maintenance. This position will also require the development and administering of training materials for SmartMES and SAP for the Warner Robins Business Unit. Close interaction with Program Management and the Shopfloor is required.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Participate in the proposal process for new programs
Program kick off activities
Creating Master Data
Manage the conversion of any current programs to the 1ERP architecture
Create and Manage a Warner Robins Change Board
Represent Warner Robins at the Enterprise Change Board
Provide an integration point back into the 1ERP organization for future developments
General SAP support
Change management and local UAT coordination and oversight
Bachelor's degree with at least 5 years' of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 3 years' of experience
Strong knowledge of ERP1 (One Source) SAP PP and MM modules
Experience in MRP, BOM Management, Inventory control, Goods Movement and Production Control
Masters degree or MBA
Understanding of Warner Robins processes, procedures, and systems
ERP2 and SmartMES experience
