Northrop Grumman is seeking a Project Manager 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Sunnyvale, Ca.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Management Office (PMO) Lead for a Series of Complex Systems Testing at Government Test Sites.
Requires Daily Communication with Multiple Senior Level Customers, Industry Partner Personnel, and Internal Team.
Represents NG as Lead for Actions / Work Necessary to Successfully Plan and Conduct Test Series as Scheduled.
Needs to be Cognizant of Contracted Scope and Internal / External Organizational Responsibilities
Responsible for Leading Team of Matrix'd Planners, Analysts, Schedulers, and Technical Personnel to Achieve Technical and Schedule Performance. Must Understand Risk Management, the Uncertainties of Development / Test, and be Effective and Quick to Influence / Drive Resolution to Issues in Order to Meet Program Objectives.
To be considered for this position, you must minimally meet the knowledge, skills, and abilities listed below:
Bachelors Degree in a Technical Field.
At Least 8 Years Engineering or Management Experience in a Hardware Development / Test Environment.
3 Years of Program, Project Management, or Lead Role Experience.
5 Years Defense Industry Experience .
Position requires a current Interim Secret Clearance.
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:
Program / Project Management Certificate
Navy / Weapons Development Experience
