Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a Principal Manufacturing Analyst. This position will be located at our site in Sunnyvale, CA where technology and teamwork come together. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's Manufacturing Maintenance Team working in a collaborative environment while promoting a positive and proactive teamwork environment.
Position is on-site in Sunnyvale, CA MS and cannot be performed remotely
We seek Principal Manufacturing Analysts that use a unique skill set that includes a hands-on approach and act as the production focal point for management of bill of material and production planning within the Mission Systems
Responsibilities
The selected candidate will support production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment. Other duties may include:
Performing activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering. Facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.

This position can be filled at varying shift times. Shift differential will be paid during eligible shifts.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 5 years of experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control OR Master's Degree with 1 year of experience in manufacturing, production, or inventory control. Note: An additional 4 years of experience in manufacturing, production or inventory control may be considered in lieu of a degree.
Ability to work any shift depending on business needs.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Experience in an engineering environment.
SAP knowledge or experience.
Salary Range: $86,300 - $129,500
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
