The Threat Modeling Center (TMC) is responsible for development of high fidelity, intel-credible models and simulations used to stimulate element models of the Ballistic Missile Defense System, including kinematic missile modeling, IR signature modeling, data production/analysis activities, and maintenance/ sustainment activities for the entire TMC software baseline. The TMC Engineering Team is responsible for the design, development, integration, test, and deployment of multiple software suites to both internal and external users of the software to accomplish the M&S mission of the TMC by employing Agile SW Development methodologies. The TMC is a cornerstone element to the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) Engineering Directorate (DE) Task Order. This is a technically focused model and simulation application and automation testing position.
Development and execution of system level test plans and reports
Development and execution of application level test plans and reports
Development and creation of the test automation suite
For Systems Test Engineer : Bachelor's and 2 years of relevant experience or a Master's Degree and 0 years of relevant experience.
Two or more years of experience as a software tester
An understanding of the Systems Engineering Lifecycle
Experience with software development testing methodologies
Experience with test automation scripts and suites
Experience with Agile development methodologies
Knowledge of Windows and Linux environments
Active Full DoD Secret clearance
Self-motivated, able to work in a dynamic team environment
Possess good written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
Modeling and simulation experience
Strong math, physics or engineering background
Experience with Atlassian products (JIRA, Confluence)
Experience with Eggplant test automation tools
Knowledge of SAFe methodologies
Knowledge of DevSecOps and CI/CD
Experience with MBSE
Knowledge of SysML
Knowledge of coding languages
Ability to obtain a DoD Top Secret Clearance
Salary Minimum for Colorado location: $67,520
Salary Maximum for Colorado location: $101,280
