Northrop Grumman Aerospace System (NGAS) is seeking a Program Control Analyst 5 in their San Diego, CA facility to support the Autonomous Systems Division.

Responsibilities include;

This Program Control Analyst position will be a System Administrator with Cost and Schedule Management (C&SM) Organization. This position will have extensive knowledge of Cost and Schedule Management processes and Earned Value Management Reporting, and act as a direct liaison with functional and program leadership to drive Earned Value Management (EVM) tools and processes. This position will be responsible for the long-range goals and objectives of the Cost Management organization while serving as the Go-To Analyst for the Division related to System Administration and C&SM Tools.

This Program Control Analyst duties could include; defining requirements and developing appropriate tools, acting as a System Administrator for MPM and wInsight, collaborate with the Division tools team and Sector Systems Tools team, and developing process improvements for Cost Management processes. This analyst is expected to be proactive and self-initiated assignments. This candidate is expected to demonstrate the skills and ability to analyze and develop innovative solutions to complex problems while communicating effectively at the highest levels.

Basic Qualifications ;

Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Business/Management Information Systems, Finance, Accounting or related field

15 years of related experience in financial analysis or

Master's Degree with 13 year related experience in financial analysis

Must have expert knowledge and hands on experience in EVM

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)

Earned Value Management Customer Reporting experience

Extensive knowledge of Business Systems (SAP/MPM/wInsight)

Preferred Qualifications ;

Financial forecasting experience within the Defense Industry

Prior cost control experience
