Northrop Grumman is seeking a Communication Systems Architect to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.

What You'll get to Do:

Development of communication waveform processing techniques and architectures in support of Northrop Grumman's advanced software defined multifunction mission systems

Development of detailed design requirements suitable for hardware/software/firmware implementation

Performance of design and architecture trade off analysis

Basic Qualifications Principal Systems Architect Engineer:

Bachelor Degree in a STEM field with9years of relevant experience;7 Years with Masters;4 with a PhD.

Strong digital communications theory background

Must have an ActiveSecret Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters of Science

Proficiency with tools required for communication system modeling and simulation

Practical experience with commercial and military wireless networking technologies

Active Secret Clearance
