Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a RQ-4 NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) Product Support IPT Lead to join our diverse team of professionals. This leadership position is located onsite in San Diego, CA .
Essential Functions:
Under the direction and leadership of the RQ-4 Enterprise Product Support IPT Lead, the RQ-4 NATO Product Support IPT Lead will work with RQ-4 Product Support to ensure quality lifecycle development and logistics products and services are executed in accordance with the Program Statement of Work (SOW) and are within budget, schedule constraints, and closure criteria. This individual may lead internal and external Teammates/Suppliers to ensure Program Performance, cost/schedule and quality objectives are achieved in collaboration with the program team.
This leader will help lead technical coordination between other non-Product Support Program IPTs. The NATO Product Support IPT Lead will work with the Customer Program Offices, Program Leaders, and Product Support Functions to ensure program requirements defined by the SOW are achieved within budget, schedule, quality, and closure criteria. He/she may also coordinate and lead preparation of presentation materials to support Program Reviews and proposal efforts. Additionally, the position may supervise the organization’s recommendations to Change Board Activity such as Technical Review Board, Configuration Control Board, and Joint CCBs and will have oversight of what is presented in change packages as necessary.
NATO Product Support IPT Lead will help drive the Product Support team’s technical performance on the RQ-4 platform. The leader will be expected to facilitate success across all Product Support teams to include Supportability Engineering, Support Hardware, Operations, and Maintenance by driving efficiencies with peers within PS and at the appropriate levels of Integrated Product Teams outside of the PS organization.

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, or Logistics, and least 9 years of experience in Program Management, and/or Product Support, or a Master’s Degree with at least 7 years of experience in Program Management and/ or Product Support.
Experience managing aspects of program execution including planning, baselining, and implementation across multiple teams.
Demonstrated financial management skills including development and control of program budgets, schedules, Estimate at Complete (EAC), and the ability to recognize and capture program changes.
Ability to travel internationally up to 20%.
Current Secret Clearance with the ability to maintain program access.
US Citizenship is a requirement for employment
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master's Degree in a STEM area.
Previous experience working in supportability engineering and/or engineering management
Previous experience working Product Support efforts on development and/or sustainment programs.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office programs including Word, Excel, MS Project, and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Previous experience working with the RQ-4 platform.
Previous U.S. Military and/or NATO experience with operations and/or aircraft maintenance background.
Salary Range: $125,500 - $188,300
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
