Be a part of Mission Success!! The Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) Sector Global Supply Chain team is

seeking a highly motivated individual to lead the Global Supply Chain team, responsible for executing all aspects of the

Global Supply Chain mission for the Airborne C4ISR Systems Division based in San Diego, CA, supporting operations in

Orlando, FL and international locations. This individual will serve as the Global Supply Chain Program Manager for the

Resilient Network Solutions Operating Unit, and will be responsible for the full spectrum of Supply Chain, to include but

not limited to proposal, program execution and subcontracts management, as well as development, mentoring, coaching

and engagement of the team.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum work experience of 5+ years in U.S. Government or Aerospace and Defense

program management, manufacturing, contracts, supply chain, subcontracts or related field

  • 3+ years of proven leadership and/or management role

-Demonstrated working knowledge of global supply chain/operations/logistics MRP/ERP systems/tools.

  • The successful candidate will possess strong leadership, communication and writing skills, and have demonstrated

experience creating and/or leading highly engaged teams.

-Possess the ability to, independently, develop solutions to a variety of complex problems.

-Perform complex tasks in an efficient manner, with minimal oversight

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration or Operations Program Management

  • Prior Supply Chain Management Experience

-Working knowledge of Federal and Defense contracting requirements including ITAR, Department of State licenses, FAR

and DFARS.

-Proficient in using SAP ERP systems in support of material and finance data analysis and overall supplier management.

-Demonstrated working knowledge of Control Account Management, earned value management systems, supplier

financial reporting and forecasting, contracting, subcontracting, or supplier, program and project scheduling.

-Demonstrated success in managing complex supplier specifications, drawings, SOW's and supplier issue resolution.

-Experience with control account management (CAM), supplier financial reporting/forecasting and supplier/program/

product scheduling.
