Northrop Grumman Aeronautics System Sector is seeking a Subcontracts Admin Manager 3 to join our team of qualified, diverse, individuals in the Subcontracts Management supporting the AtS portfolio. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.

This position is a Subcontracts leader in support of the Triton Program, supporting the AtS Subcontracts team, and reporting directly to the Subcontracts Director, AtS Division. Overall responsibilities include:

Managing, training, and support subordinates in the following functions:

Developing subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and/or services. Preparing bid packages, conducting bidders conferences, analyzes and evaluates proposals, negotiate subcontract provisions, select or recommends subcontractors, write awards, and administer resulting subcontracts. Negotiating and coordinating additions, deletions, or modifications to subcontracts adhering to GSC policies and procedures.

This manager will develop and administers budgets and standards of performance, influences & impacts strategy through his/her role, accomplishes results through subordinates. Will have frequent contact with equivalent level managers and customer representatives concerning supplier performance and strategy. Conducts briefings and meetings for internal and external representatives.
