Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for a Systems Engineering - Change Management discipline to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in San Diego, CA.
The selected candidate will: Be assigned to the Configuration Data Management organization and become a member of the Change Management group. In this position, the individual will be responsible for facilitating the Program's Change Process, working with program leadership and engineering personnel to ensure change packages are ready for board; adhere to Company and Program procedures and policies and reflect excellent quality and attention to detail. Board duties include defining agenda's; conduct board meetings; documenting meeting minutes; capturing action items; updating change management tools such as Teamcenter Enterprise and CR Tracker (SharePoint); reporting of Change Packages; generating change metrics; and working with our customer to ensure change packages are synchronized.
Bachelor's Degree in a Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics discipline from an accredited university and 2 years of engineering experience; OR a Master's Degree in STEM and 0 years of experience
Configuration Management Experience
The ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance and special program access
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Strong technical writing and communication skills
