Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems located in San Diego, CA has an immediate opening for an Engineer Systems Test 2 to work on the Global Hawk program.
Ensure engineering tests serve mission objectives and mechanisms are in place to execute the tests.
Testing for software through qualification.
Oversees the operational aspects of engineering tests and serves as liaison to program, engineering and line management.
Reviews status of test requirements, manages schedules and prepares reports.
Selects and supervises technicians during test.
Assesses anomalies and develops resolutions to documented procedures in conjunction with Test and Quality Engineering.
Reviewing schematics and installation documentation for equipment and test hardware.
The selected candidate should thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) discipline along with 2 years ofengineering experience, or Master's degree in a STEM discipline along with0 years of engineering experience
Active Department of Defense Interim Secret Clearance or higher
Experience in Systems Integration and Test Execution in a laboratory environment
DoD Top Secret Clearance
