We are looking for experienced individuals to staff our Design Assurance Department who want to play a role in developing the next generation of products to our high standards.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develops, modifies, applies and maintains quality evaluation and control systems and protocols for processing materials into partially finished or finished materials product.

Collaborates with design, software, manufacture, test, supplier quality, and industrial engineering to ensure high design standards are in place and being met.

Devises and implements methods and procedures for inspecting, testing and evaluating the precision and accuracy of products and production equipment.

Designs and analyzes inspection and testing processes, mechanisms and equipment; conducts quality assurance tests; and performs statistical analysis to assess the cost of and determine the responsibility for, products or materials that do not meet required standards and specifications.

Ensures that corrective measures meet acceptable reliability standards and that documentation is compliant with requirements.

May specialize in the areas of design, software, electronic testing, incoming material, manufacturing, product evaluation, reliability, or research and development as they apply to product design or process quality.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline

Five (5)+ years of related experience in manufacturing, design, or quality engineering.

Experience reading and understanding technical drawings.

Current DOD secret clearance, and able to obtain a special access clearance.

Must have good verbal communication skills and have experience working with customers.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 4:

Bachelor's Degree in STEM discipline.

Nine (9)+ Years of related experience in manufacturing, design, or quality engineering.

Experience reading and understanding technical drawings.

Current DOD secret clearance, and able to obtain a special access clearance.

Must have good verbal communication skills and have experience working with customers.

Preferred Qualifications for a Level 3 or 4:

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineer, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related engineering discipline.

Certified in lean and six-sigma quality engineering methodologies.

CATIA and GD&T working experience.
