Northrop Grumman is seeking an Sr. Principal Industrial Security Analyst to fill a position in San Antonio, TX. The candidate will be responsible for providing security management of several classified programs and secure facilities that are geographically dispersed in San Antonio. Job tasks include the following:
Perform as the CSSO responsible for the management and oversight of SCI programs and a SCIF.
Direct interface with Government Program Security Officers, Special Security Officers, and Defense Security Service in support of on-going security tasks and requirements, investigations, and security audits.
Oversee the management and physical accreditation of a SCIF and multiple DoD Closed areas; enforce compliance with IC and NISPOM policy. Maintain the physical security integrity of the San Antonio facilities, to include oversight of guard support, operation of facility alarms, access control, CCTV, and emergency response and contingency planning.
Coordinate with the assigned ISSM in the management of JWICS, SIPRNet, and other classified networks. Participate in Government audits of these classified networks.
Prepare for and participate in Government inspections/audits of classified programs and secure areas.
Represent Security during program staff meetings and provide consultation and advice based on Government and company security policies and procedures to Program Managers, Functional staff and other team members.
Investigate security violations and prepare reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
Conduct security briefings including annual refresher training, SCIF orientation, foreign travel briefings, and others as required.
Provide support as the Facility Security Officer ensuring NISPOM compliance for two facilities within the San Antonio area, its programs, employees, and subcontractor personnel.
Perform as the COMSEC Custodian for a local COMSEC account; support the installation, maintenance, configuration and troubleshooting of COMSEC equipment, as required.
Consult on the handling of sensitive and classified data in accordance with customer directives as specified in the program's applicable Security Classification Guide.
The candidate must have relevant experience in industrial security programs. Strong working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD) and the National Industrial Security Program (NISP). Candidate must have strong interpersonal skills to be able to communicate effectively and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, make decisions in the midst of ambiguity and meet deadlines. The successful candidate must be a self-starter that needs minimal supervision. Some travel may be required.
10 years' security or related experience with a Bachelor's degree or 8 years' security or related experience with a Master's degree. An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Current TS/SCI Clearance.
Prior experience as a CSSO and/or FSO.
Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives.
Knowledge of National Industrial Security Program.
Knowledge of JPAS and SIMS databases.
