Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems has an opening for an Tool Design Engineer 4 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Saint Augustine, Florida.
Responsibilities for this position include (but are not limited to):
Designs industrial machinery and equipment, tools, dies, gauges, jigs, fixtures, and machine attachments required for production or experimental use, considering such factors as accessibility, economy, mobility, and performance requirements.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a science, technology, engineering or mathematics (STEM) with nine years of experience (7 years of experience with a master's in a STEM). Must have past manufacturing engineering experience. Must havetool design engineering experience.
Preferred Qualifications: TeamCenter experience is a plus. Also desired is NX/UG experience. Root cause corrective action experience is a plus. Six Sigma experience is preferred as well.
