Northrop Grumman Technology Services is seeking a Principle Quality Analyst to belocated in St Augustine, Florida. You willbe the Quality Analyst for the Post Production Spares (PPS) program. The selected candidate will report to the Global Mission Excellence and Technology manager in Clearfield, Utah, and will support all Quality Management System activities associated with the PPS program.
Position responsibilities include:
- The establishment and maintenance of an ISO 9001 compliant Quality Management System (QMS) for the PPS program, encompassing establishment and maintenance of any required procedures, internal auditing and corrective action programs, facilitating root cause analysis and risk management, hosting periodic quality management reviews and the development of sound program metrics.
The successful candidatewill possess a complete and thorough understanding of all facets of ISO 9001 requirements as well as current auditing practices. The successful candidate must have a superior ability to establish and nurture an excellent working relationship with all Customers both internal and external.
Bachelor's and a minimum of 6 years relatedexperience-OR- a Master's degree with a minimum of 4 years related experience. May also consider an additional 4 years of related work experience in lieu of degree.
Minimum of six (6) years' experience working in or managing an ISO compliant QMS
Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001
ISO Lead Auditor trained
Understanding of continuous improvement concepts, process and tools.
Demonstrated ability to develop and present information to a variety of stakeholders and to package (arrange/assemble) data in a manner consistent with the target audience
Proficient with the MS-Office Professional suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience in root cause analysis
Experience in risk management
Advanced use of MS Excel formulas for data analysis and leading metric development.
Experience with MS Access databases
Experience using and developing MS SharePoint collaboration sites
Familiar with Six Sigma concepts
