Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Systems Engineering Manager 3 in support of the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities, and associated infrastructure. This position is located in Roy, UT or Colorado Springs, CO. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
What You'll Get To Do
You will lead the Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A) organization within the Sentinel Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) organization, reporting to the SE&I System Integration Director.
Specific duties to include, but are not limited to the following:
Act as the system test liaison for the Weapon System.
Own system level performance models and analysis.
Technical Performance Measure (TPM) leader for the program.
Responsible for planning and executing the plan for Validating and Verifying (V&V) models within a Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment.
Proactively interface with other SE&I organizations and Sentinel Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure successful V&V of MS&A including verification of requirements by analysis.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics) and 8 years of related experience or Master's Degree in STEM and 6 years related experience
3+ years in a formal management position
Active DoD Secret clearance, with investigation within last 5 years.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Top Secret / SCI clearance.
Large missile experience.
Demonstrated experience in complex modeling and simulation, program management, and control account management.
Good leadership and communication skills to lead a diverse MS&A team in the implementation of physics-based modeling in an MBSE environment with program reporting and interaction with the customer.
MBSE experience.
MS&A experience integrating multiple models into system level assessments.

Salary Range: $152,100 - $240,100
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
