Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Project Manager . This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the GBSD Ground Base Strategic Deterrent program. Learn more about the GBSD program here .

What You'll Get To Do:
Supporting Engineering Change Management throughout the lifecycle.
Supporting Design Review's for the IPT. Will coordinate stakeholders, chart decks, and action items
Serve as an overall integration function for the program engaging in many ad hoc activities required to ensure streamlined cadence for program operations and execution
Collaborate across all functions within the program and IPT's to develop advanced concepts, techniques and requirements for new applications and tools
Coordinate schedules, requirements, and performance visibility to both the Program Office and internal Customers while maintaining quality, cost, and schedule requirements
Facilitate internal and external meetings to support the program and represent program management in appropriate program reviews or boards
Identify and mitigate project risks throughout project life cycle
Develop and deliver high level briefings to Program Leadership and/or customer
Provide solutions to complex problems that are consistent with the organization's objectives
Identify opportunities for change and champion needed changes in the organization

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of experience and/or Master's Degree with 1 years of experience
Must have U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain an interim Secret Security level clearance pre-start, with the ability to obtain a final Secret Security level clearance post-start.
Demonstrated knowledge of project management principles and execution of large projects
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Project)
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Experience in program stand up
Ability to work closely within a multi-discipline team within various engineering teams
Experience building schedules that integrate multiple products

Salary Range: $60,600 - $90,800
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
