Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking Associate Connectivity Project Manager/ Connectivity Project Manager . This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Sentinel program. This team is responsible for oversight and integration of program operations, execution, and managing business processes for SDS Division. This includes integration with cross functional disciplines to include executive leadership, facilities, digital engineering, employee experience, business development, and business management. This position regularly interfaces with senior leadership across the company.
The selected candidate will assist in operational aspects of the business and ongoing projects. The candidate will maintain the strategic space plan for campus occupancy at all SDS sites, as well as assisting with process definition and maturity of a space management process for effective management of the baseline footprint. Candidate will also assist with other Division Integration projects to include facility lease consolidation, site openings, division requirements management, and change control.
Successful candidates will have the following key attributes:

• Perceptive - sees the "big picture" but is also able to focus on the details and follows all of them through to completion.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

Associate Connectivity Project Manager 1 Years with Bachelor's or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Connectivity Project Manager 2 Years with Bachelor's; 0 Years with Master's or 4 additional years in lieu of a degree.
Active DoD Secret clearance with a reinvestigation date occurring in the last 6 years.
US Citizenship and ability to obtain Special Program Access (SAP).
1 year of Security Experience
2 years of project management experience
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
DoD Top Secret clearance or previously held.
Previous experience leading a team in successful completion of projects.
Intermediate to expert in Microsoft Office Suite - Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.

Salary Range: $60,600 - $110,000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
