Northrop Grumman Space Systems seeks to fill the Sentinel Schedule Manager 2 role based out of our Roy, UT facility.
The Sentinel Segment Scheduling Manager will have accountability for implementing and maintaining an EVMS compliant schedule for their respective program segment. They will also be responsible for overseeing Day-to-day scheduling operations which will rely on the processes, infrastructure, tools, and training developed and deployed by the Scheduling Manager and the team of professionals supporting them. Additionally, the Scheduling Manager will be responsible for ensuring the scheduling implementation meets the reporting requirements along with providing analysis on metrics to provide insight into program performance and efficient decision making by leadership stakeholders.
Sentinel Scheduling Manager responsibilities include :
Leading the Segment level team of scheduling analysts in developing, maintaining and reporting of segment scheduling activities in alignment with process and compliance requirements to support delivery of timely, accurate, and complete business data/information to program and segment leadership enabling effective decision making
Maintain ongoing cadence of segment specific schedule metrics and lead team in support of deadlines in support of program level reporting cadence to inform program leadership on matters of schedule performance
Maintaining and supporting ongoing process improvement initiatives by driving awareness of issues and ideas for improvements through to the infrastructure and processes team at the program and division level
Validating and working closely with cost management on integration of cost and schedule artifacts
Overseeing multiple intermediate schedules to compile into IMS for the segment level consolidation
Address customer questions and concerns regarding segment specific equities in the IMS
Lead dotted line reporting schedule analysts in support of subcontractor management teams in support of an integrated segment IMS across organic SDS activities and our IWO and Subcontractor partners

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from accredited University with 6 years of professional experience, OR Master's degree with 4 years of professional experience
Demonstrated experience leading activities in a fully compliant or deliberately tailored EVMS environment
Experience with complex development programs with significant subcontractor or Inter/Intra company content
Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance and be Special Access Programs (SAP) clearable. US citizenship is a prerequisite.
Preferred Qualifications:
Defense, aerospace, or other related industry experience
MBA, master's degree in business related field or STEM field
Demonstrated experience leading and/or managing teams on complex projects
Leadership experience with significant capture activities
Leadership experience with transition from development to production program phases
Experience with ICBM related programs and products
Ability to make tough, risk-based decisions and steer decisions based on evolving information
Must be willing to travel 25% of time as required to support our major programs.
Active DoD Secret level security clearance and Active Special Access Programs (SAP). US citizenship is a prerequisite.
Salary Range: $116,200 - $174,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
