Strategic Deterrent Division is seeking a Regulatory Compliance Analyst to join our team of high performing and diverse professionals. This position is a full-time onsite in Roy, UT. The selected candidate will, through oversight and participation, lead a team of dedicated professionals in performing multiple Government Compliance activities.
Roles and Responsibilities
Research and respond to cost allowability and charging practice inquiries.
Indirect Cost reviews for allowability and cost corrections.
Report monthly metrics to management on cost unallowable findings and expense corrections.
Develop and/or update compliance related trainings, e.g., cost allowability, labor, and travel to increase employee awareness and knowledge.
Contribute to other Government Compliance tasks, projects, and process improvement activities.
Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures.
Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met.
Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc.
May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies.
May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree with a minimum 2 years of related experience in business, finance, or a related field; 1 year with a Master’s degree; or 6 years of experience may be accepted in lieu of a degree
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
US Citizenship is required with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret level security clearance
Preferred Qualifications
Active DoD Secret level security clearance
Proficient in S/4 SAP
Aerospace/Defense industry Government Compliance experience
Ability to execute with urgency, accuracy, and efficiency
Self-motivated creative thinker with a desire to innovate and promote continuous improvement
Strong interpersonal skills
Proven ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced team environment

This position’s standard work schedule is a 9/80A. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Salary Range: $62,200 - $93,400
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
