Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Quality Management Systems Analyst . This position is located in Roy, UT and supports the Sentinel program.
What You'll Get To Do:
The Quality Management System Analyst will develop, maintain and ensure compliance with AS9100 requirements, quality assurance programs, policies, processes, procedures, and conformance to product quality specifications requirements. They will provide guidance in interpreting policies, regulatory and/or governmental regulations to assure compliance. They will work directly with operating entities to ensure continuing audits as specified, while meeting identified requirements at all times. They will ensure the quality assurance programs and policies pertaining to Sentinel Quality Management Systems is in accordance to AS9100 are maintained and reviewed regularly for compliance.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 6 years of professional related industry, or a Masters degree with 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience may be considered in lieu of a Bachelor's egree.
3 years' experience working in an AS9100 or ISO9001 compliant organization.
2 years' experience in developing or reviewing a Quality Management System
Currently or Previously AS9100 or ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Certified (may be expired)
1+ Year Root Cause and Corrective Action experience.
Current DoD Secret Security Clearance
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active Secret or Top Secret Clearance
Current Certified AS9100 Lead Auditor
Experience in ICBMs or Aerospace programs
Five years' experience managing Quality Management Systems (QMS)
Experience with document control process
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Salary Range: $76,600 - $115,000
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
