Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Architecture Team Systems Engineering Manager 2 for Nuclear Command, Control and Communications. This position is located in Roy, Utah or Huntsville, Alabama. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in STEM and at least 6 years of relevant professional experience or 4 years' experience with a Master's degree.
At least 5 years working with MBSE tools (NoMagic Cameo, for example) using the SysML and UPDM profiles
1+ years of experience in distributed command and control (C2) software architectures, and architecture development and maturation (needs to be measurable)
1+ years developing enterprise and System of Systems (SoS) Architectures / Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) principles / best practices.
1+ years implementing and debugging model validation tools / develop / manage the MBSE Style Guide and metamodel for the effort
US DoD SECRET (not interim) with the ability to get Top Secret / SCI
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
MBSE simulation (digital twin) experience
Working knowledge of SAIC Digital Engineering Validation Tool
Developing architectures from primary sources (without gov't architecture model), and knowledge on how to develop structural, behavioral, etc. models from the primary source s (USG Policy, DoD Instructions, and stakeholder elicitation)
Create AoA frameworks for alternate architectures and develop simulations tied to Measures of Effectiveness (MoEs) and Measures of Performance (MoPs) in CAMEO using Activity, State, and Parametric methods
Coach / Mentor other team members on how to develop SoS Architectures / use CAMEO properly
Develop, manage, and support team staffing and spend plans

Salary Range: $127,700 - $201,600
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
