Northrop Grumman iReturn Employee Experience Coordinator in Roy, Utah

Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking an Employee Experience Coordinator. The qualified applicant will join a cohort of employees re-entering the workforce after a career break of at least two years.

The qualified applicant will join a cohort of employees re-entering the workforce after a career break of at least two years. This cohort will receive special on-boarding designed to provide an effective re-entry into the workforce. iReturn provides experienced professionals with a 12-week "returnship" to prepare for a full-time career in one of several fields at Northrop Grumman through training, professional development and networking opportunities. Qualified applicants will join a cohort of employees returning to the workforce after a 2+ career break for this "returnship" program that focuses on giving you a seamless transition back into the workforce. This cohort program will run from September - December and prepare candidates for an effective re-entry into the workforce. Oversees and manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management and planning, project team, and line management. Reviews status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports. Assesses project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives. Develops mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and clients.

Specifically in this role a coordinator will:

• Lead HIP coordination and paperwork

• Coordinate and lead improvement efforts based upon employee feedback for onboarding

• Manage onboarding metrics and reporting

• Manage Navigator Community of Practice

• Grow Navigator volunteer population and work with managers to assign Navigators

• Support onboarding as needed

• Support needs of Rec clubs

• Nurture and foster a diverse and inclusive environment

• Support stand up of employee store

• Attend staffing meetings, pull data, prepares charts, affirms status, projects status and go forward plan


Basic Qualifications:

  • A current career break of at least two years.

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or related experience.

  • Good verbal and interpersonal skills required to work closely with teammates and stakeholders
