Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a GBSD Staff Full Stack SW Developer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah] and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
What You'll Get To Do:
The successful candidate will be a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back end programming. Full Stack Developers are responsible for developing and designing front end web architecture, ensuring the responsiveness of applications and working alongside graphic designers for web design features, among other duties. Full Stack Developers will be required to see out a project from conception to final product, requiring good organizational skills and attention to detail. In this role you will be a Lead Scrum Master, responsible for leading the scrum team and mentoring junior scrums leaders in Agile methodology and scrum practices.You will be responsible for helping the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
14 Years' experience with a Bachelors in Science; 12 Years with Masters; 9 Years with PhD.
Active Secret Clearance with re-investigation date of 6 years or less.
Prior experience on a scrum team
Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict
Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
Ability to determine what is scrum and what is not
Experience with successful Agile techniques
Ability to work with and lead a team
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
Ability to adapt to a changing environment
Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with re-investigation date of 6 years or less.
Ability to apply advanced technical principles to product development
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
