Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Requirements Management Lead- Senior Principal Systems Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will be part of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program (Minuteman III ICBM replacement) development contract. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. What you will get to do: Specific duties will include, but are not limited to the following: Lead the Environments/Design Integration Requirements across the program Customer coordination and interfacing with Product IPTs to support systems engineering activities relating to Environments requirements and Design Integration of the GBSD weapon system The thread lead is responsible for integrating vertically and horizontally among all the key stakeholders to ensure a consistent vision and implementation for the system within that thread. Ownership of a portion of system requirements, allocation to lower levels, Requirements vs Capabilities, verification planning, and analysis planning and execution in a Model based Systems Engineering (MBSE) environment. Support the planning and executing the EMD SOW, proactively interfacing with other SE&I organizations and GBSD IPTs to ensure successful allocation and verification of requirements.
