Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal/ Senior Principal System Security Engineer. This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will be part of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program (Minuteman III ICBM replacement) development contract. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure. The selected candidate will join our Mission Defense Team (MDT) and will interface with the Systems Engineering Team (SET) for System Security design and interface requirements. Basic Qualifications: Bachelors of Science Degree OR higher in science, engineering, applied mathematics, computer science, For Principal System Security Engineer 5 years of related experience with a BS Degree, 3 years of experience with a Master's Degree, or 0 years of experience with a PHD For Senior Principal System Security Engineer 9 years of related experience with a BS Degree, 7 years of experience with a Master's Degree, or 4 years of experience with a PHD DoD Secret clearance with investigation in the last 6 years Preferred Qualifications: Direct experience and knowledge of Program Protection Plans (PPP) and Program Protection Implementation Plans (PPIP) Direct experience with the following standards/guidelines: DoDI 5200.48, DoDI 5200.44, DoDI 5200.39, DoDI 8510.01, NIST SP 800-53, NIST SP 800-171, NIST SP 800-161 Direct experience conducting Critical Program Information (CPI) assessments, Criticality Analyses, Anti-Tamper, FMECA, and STPA Experience in executing all phases of Systems Engineering activities to include Requirements development/management, and Verification and Validation (V&V) Experience in Model Based Systems Engineering (Cameo) Knowledge in the fields of CUI/CDI Protection, Supply Chain Risk Management, Software/hardware assurance, supply chain risk management, anti-counterfeit protections, defense exportability features, trusted foundry, and information security.
