Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a GBSD Systems Test Engineer/ Principal Systems Test Engineer to support the Physical Security Systems team. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.
The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for:
Implementing test plans for combined hardware/software systems, including developing detailed test procedures to meet test objectives
Installing and configuring a variety of hardware, software and sensor systems.
developing and executing data collection and analysis procedures, consistent with test objectives and applicable security guidelines.
Performing technical analysis and preparing comprehensive evaluations of test results.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This position may be filled at a higher level based on experience.
Engineer: Bachelors degree with 2 years of engineering experience; 0 years with a Master's of Science degree
Principal Engineer: Bachelors degree with 5 years of engineering experience; 3 years with a Master's of Science degree
Demonstrated experience creating test plans and procedures
Demonstrated experience in test execution and troubleshooting efforts
Active Secret Clearance or higher (awarded within the past 6 years)
Experience with Access Control/Intrusion Detection Systems
Familiarity with Building Security Devices
Experience testing Radars, Lidars or related sensor systems
Knowledgeable of, or experience operating in Air Force Protection Layers (PL) 1N - 3 environments
US Citizenship with an Active Top Secret Clearance (awarded within the past 6 years)
