Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager (S03). This position will be located in Roy, Utah and will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
What you will get to do:
The selected candidate will be responsible for development, implementation & management of the GBSD Enterprise and Program Mission Assurance policies, procedures, & tools required to support GBSD teams and to provide support for hiring of new personnel.
Roles and responsibilities:
Develop, implement & manage the GBSD Enterprise and Program Mission Assurance Staffing, policies, procedures, and tools
Experience in Metric development for process health and performance monitoring
Demonstrated ability prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines
Excellent liaison between local personnel, suppliers, and customer workforce
Experience in evaluation, trace, and analysis of requirements

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Bachelor Degree a STEM discipline and 8 years of Mission Assurance experience OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 6 years of experience OR PhD Degree in a STEM discipline and 4 years of experience
Active Secret Clearance with ability to obtain a Top Secret (TS) security clearance, with reinvestigation within the past 5 years
2 years of experience in Mission Assurance Management
Minimum of 3 years in a formal lead/management position
Bachelor Degree a STEM discipline and 14 years of Mission Assurance experience OR a Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 12 years of experience OR PhD Degree in a STEM discipline and 10 years of experience.
Above qualifications plus;
Experience in developing and implementing Mission Assurance plans.
Experience in leading a team of Mission Assurance Engineers.
Experience in process monitoring, data collection, analysis, and metric reporting for a large program/supplier-base.
A current/Active Top Secret clearance
