Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Manager S03 IFC Coordinator. Coordinate the development and execution of the IFC 2.0 Plan in accordance with IMS to support major milestone events. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will be part of the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program (Minuteman III ICBM replacement) development contract. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force's sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
What you will get to do:
Coordinate the development and execution of the IFC 2.0 Plan in accordance with IMS to support major milestone events. Requires close coordination and collaboration with IPTs responsible for HW/SW execution to ensure capabilities are being developed on a schedule that will support program demonstrations.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.
Bachelor's degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) with a minimum of 12 years of experience in the technical industry, or 10 years of experience with a Master's degree
2 years of project management experience for technical, cost, and schedule milestones
2 years of systems engineering experience
An active DoD secret clearance in scope (investigation within the last 6 years)
Broad understanding of Systems Engineering practices, methodologies, and products throughout the DoD acquisition lifecycle
Minimum of 4 years of experience in one of the following specialty disciplines
Demonstrated understanding of the Program Management Process
Experience with Agile/DevOps methodologies and practices
Prior Weapon System program experience
Previous experience managing employee performance and professional development
General understanding of Northrop Grumman Corporation Engineering Processes
Previous experience in developing and implementing strategies to drive employee engagement
Excellent communication, mentoring, interpersonal skills, and ability to interface with senior management, peers, and employees
An active DoD top secret clearance in scope (investigation within the last 6 years) and SAP/SAR program access
