Northrop Grumman Space Systems is seeking a Principal Electronic Test Technician (Level 3). This position will be located in Roy, Utah. The selected candidate will support the Ground Based Strategic Deterrent (GBSD) program. Learn more about the GBSD program here.

What You'll Get To Do:

Performs functions associated with all manufacturing operations, including working with engineers in set-up and calibration tasks, as well as performing rework and quality testing related to the production of parts, components, subassemblies and final assemblies.

Uses sophisticated programs to collect and evaluate operating data to conduct on-line adjustments to products, instruments or equipment.

Determines and may assist in developing methods and procedures to control or modify the manufacturing process.

Works with engineers in conducting experiments. Limited supervision.

No instructions needed on routine work, and general instructions given on new lines of work or special assignments.

This position's standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off.

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.

Electronics training equivalent to 2 years technical trade school or military technical school.

Secret DoD Clearance with a reinvestigation within the last five years.

These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

Experience in wire harness routing and wire termination.

Experience in buildup and testing of computer cabinets.

Active DoD Top Secret Clearance
