Northrop Grumman Global Operations Security is seeking a Computer Systems Analyst Manager 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in defining the future. This leadership position is located in Roy, UT.

This position will be responsible for the functional management of a diverse team of around 10+ System Administrators supporting the software development environment (SDE) infrastructure in Roy, UT. This position requires leadership, organization, and focus to support multiple initiatives concurrently. This position will report directly to the Computer Systems Analyst 2 and be responsible for the day-to-day tasking and tracking of SA duties on top of normal SA duties. This is a functional working management role.

Roles and responsibilities include:

  • Interface with the Program Management Office, their staff, and with sector program managers in the deployment and maintenance server infrastructure for the SDE.

  • Work closely and collaboratively across the SDE organization team to ensure server compliance.

  • Manage server equipment to ensure 100% compliance with Government regulations to include the RMF, JSIG, and other compliance requirements.

  • Provide functional leadership to SDE SA staff while ensuring that vacant positions are staffed, and employees are provided with challenging assignments and training opportunities.

  • Provide technical advice, assist in issue resolution and be an escalation path for technical staff.

  • Resolve tickets and issues.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Associate's degree and 7 years of experience OR Bachelor's degree and 5 years of experience OR Master's degree and 3 years of experience; 9 years of experience may be considered in lieu of completed degree

  • DoD Secret security clearance

  • Able to obtain additional program accesses as required.

  • IAT Level II certification (ex: Security+ CE) or greater

  • Past management or leadership experience

  • Experience with IT infrastructure maintenance (i.e., help desk, field technicians, telecommunications

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Active Top-Secret clearance

  • Familiarity with NISPOM, RMF, and JSIG standards

  • Ability to interface with all levels of employees and management.

Salary Range: $96,700 - $145,100

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
