Northrop Grumman in Rolling Meadows, IL is seeking a Principal / Sr. Principal Quality Analyst to join the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) team, reporting to the SPM site lead. In this role, the candidate would perform financial analysis, risk and issue management, proposal development, and maintenance of critical databases.
Perform Earned Value Management (EVM), Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) development, budget baseline, cost risk analysis / assessment and visibility reports, development and analysis of estimates to complete.
Develop proposal packages, including Basis of Estimates (BOEs) in a timely manner and in accordance with established procedures.
Manage the effort to define, plan, organize, direct and control supplier risk and opportunity management efforts across a portfolio of programs and proposals.
Document risk and opportunity handling approaches with suppliers, including mitigation plans and opportunity exploitation plans.
Inform and advise higher-level management on critical project risks and mitigations.
Ensure timely feedback is provided to critical suppliers at the appropriate level of detail.
Manage the Sentinel quality alert database.
Create and maintain Data and Services Export Authorizations (DSEAs) for international programs.
Coordinate inputs for site-wide Material Corrective Action Board (MATCAB) presentations.
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience.
Earned Value Management experience
Risk and opportunity management experience
Ability to obtain a DoD Secret clearance (US Citizenship required)
