The Land and Avionics C4ISR (LAC4ISR) division is seeking a Program Execution Manager. In support of the division's multiple Business Units, the individual will be responsible for leading strategic initiatives, independent reviews, process improvement and training & development. This individual will use proven business acumen and expertise in managing complex projects, provide strategic planning, thought leadership to address systematic program execution challenges, drive cost reductions, and develop operational business opportunities. The individual will report to the Director, Program Execution and interact regularly with LAC4ISR Leadership team and functional leadership teams.

Role & Responsibilities:

Champion Program Management Excellence: The individual will be responsible for driving program excellence, best practices and risk reduction across all pursuits and programs in the division. Responsibility will come from both short-term reviews as well as sustained engagement.

Enable Independent Program Reviews: The individual will support the identification, preparation, leadership and reporting of program start-up reviews and independent review teams to enable more predictable program execution across the division.

  • Program Performance Analysis: Lead reviews in cooperation with business units and Mission Assurance to assess program reporting (i.e. IPRS). Develop analysis that looks at early indications of program challenges and functional requirements leading to the identification of performance opportunities.

  • Develop Strategic Operational Opportunities: Partner with business units to develop innovative operational excellence strategies. Develop predictive proactive program operational cost and schedule risk mitigation tools and plans. Provide strategic leadership to solve complex cross functional business challenges to support program execution business objectives. Examples include program reporting requirements, MRP process time reduction, On-Time Delivery excellence.

  • Coordination of Critical Reviews and Reports: As required, the individual will lead the effort to plan, coordinate and deliver presentations on division performance with coordinated financial and non-financial metrics, Corporate Priority Watch List / Sector Priority Watch List (CPWL/SPWL) briefings, Corporate Priority Win / Sector Priority Win (CPW/SPW) briefings, and other sector and/or corporate briefings as required. At times the individual will support the General Manager in the development of agenda & content for division leadership team meetings, division quarterly business reviews and other key division meetings.

  • Interface with Corporate, Sector and Division Teams: The individual will assume roles that require participation and presentations of numerous corporate, sector and division initiatives to share best practices, enhance process efficiency and drive profitable global performance.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree and minimum of 10+ years of experience.

  • Ability to travel up to 25%.

  • A minimum of 2+ years of project management or similar experience; and 3 or more years of technical experience.

  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance.

  • High-energy strategic thinker with demonstrated ability to operate and communicate at both a strategic and a hands-on level as needed. Leader with excellent judgment and capable of autonomous decision making.

  • Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within critical deadlines.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills, as well as project management, analytical, planning and presentation skills are required.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster effective relationships with others.

  • Demonstrated ability to respect confidentiality and safeguard sensitive information.

  • Highly advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
