Northrop Grumman is looking for an individual to develop and administer security programs and test procedures for classified materials, documents, and equipment. Study and implement federal security regulations that apply to company operations. Obtains rulings, interpretations, and acceptable deviations for compliance with regulations from government agencies. Prepare manuals outlining regulations and establish procedures for handling, storing, and keeping records, and for granting personnel and visitors access to restricted records and materials. Conduct security education classes, security audits and internal self-inspections. Investigates security violations and prepares reports specifying preventive action to be taken.
3 Years with Bachelors or 1 Year with Masters, experience to include SAP, Industrial Security or related; An additional 4 years of applicable work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
Current DoD Secret security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain TS/SSBI level clearance. Able to achieve and maintain access to restricted security areas.
TS/SSBI clearance. Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) experience.
In depth knowledge of the DoD 5205.07 Security Manuals and the ICD 705 and related forms and templates.
Excellent public speaking, written and oral communications skills.
Ability to coordinate quality self-compliance reviews and bring innovative solutions to security compliance processes.
