Northrop Grumman Mission Systems sector is seeking an Electronic Technician to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. The qualified applicant will become part of Northrop Grumman's RF Final Test team.
Roles and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Under close supervision, performs routine technical functions related to the testing and troubleshooting of production hardware.
Applications may include analog, digital, and logic systems. Guidance is readily available from test engineers and senior technicians.
Works from schematics, diagrams, written and verbal descriptions, and defined electronic work instructions to perform testing, checkout, troubleshooting, or environmental testing.
Diagnoses and isolates malfunction down to the component level. Conducts tests, collects data, and records results as defined.
Utilizes diagnostic equipment including oscilloscope, VOM, DVM, signal generators, and similar test apparatus.
Additional Shift Information:
- Please note Training will be conducted on the 1st or 2nd Shift, the role will be a 3rd shift position and will consider 4th or 5th Shift as well. A 15% shift differential will be included.
Basic Qualifications:
High School Graduate and 4 years of related experience.
Secret Clearance Required (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite)
Experience in MS Office
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Third shift position
Preferred Qualifications:
Electronics training equivalent to 2 years of technical trade school or military technical school
RF Test experience
Component-level troubleshooting experience
Experience with SAP
Experience with GOLD

Salary Range: $58,800 - $98,000
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
