Northrop Grumman's Space Systems Sector is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Manager to lead, partner, and develop the Strategic Space Systems' recruiting team from our Space Park campus in Redondo Beach, CA. Duties:
Recommends and implements talent acquisition strategies as a highly influential talent advisor
Mentors, coaches, develops, and engages high performing recruiting team
Thrives in a fast paced, results-driven environment while modeling Northrop Grumman's Leadership Behaviors
Builds collaborative partnerships with customers, business partners, and other talent acquisition leaders within large and complex organizations
Develop operational efficiencies to streamline recruiting initiatives
Works with the Talent Acquisition Director and other talent acquisition leaders and consults with key stakeholders to identify talent strategies necessary to align with the goals of the business
Develops and executes cleared talent strategies providing expertise in areas of strategic sourcing and market intelligence
Leverages data analytics and metrics to maximize productivity and optimize results of the recruiting team
Builds deep relationships with our HR Business partners to improve talent outcomes
Partners with enterprise colleagues to strategically align sector resources and leverages partnership both internally and externally
Ensures staffing policies and procedures are followed in compliance with government regulatory requirements

Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
One of the following:
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 8 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or closely related experience
Master's degree with a minimum of 6 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or closely related experience
No degree, but at least 12 years of Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or closely related experience
Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects to completion
Prior experience either as a team lead or manager
Demonstrated project management experience with the ability to organize, prioritize, plan, schedule, and follow up on concurrent tasks while elevating issues as needed
Understanding of applicant tracking systems, preferably Workday
Ability to travel within the United States as needed (10- 15% of the time)
Preferred Qualifications:
Full life cycle recruiting process experience, to include comprehensive understanding of compliance with OFCCP
A minimum of 3 years of experience leading diverse teams
Project management experience
