The selected candidate supports and contributes to the Senior Manager of Global Supplier Diversity, SBLO and Government Relations. Will support the day-to-day operations and provide guidance to 7-10 Small Business Liaison Officers in Redondo Beach for supporting all AS programs or a function within the larger organizational unit, setting and operating to objectives and providing guidance to their team based on goals, objectives and company policy. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced work environment with high expectations, significantly diverse assignments, and collaborative/team settings across all levels.
Basic Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor's degree with at least 8 years of progressive experience in subcontracts, procurement, contracts, legal, or a related discipline; or Master's degree with at least 6 years of progressive experience in subcontracts, procurement, contracts, legal, or a related discipline
Must have 3 years of experience with strategic planning and writing proposals
Must have experience with government contracting, FAR and DFARS requirements
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance and Program Access
Preferred Qualifications
Active Secret clearance
Strong outstanding written and verbal communication
Strong Leadership Skills
Strong Teambuilding experience
Salary Range: $122,200 - $183,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
