As a Capture Manager/Mission Engineer, you will be developing systems for a variety of spacecraft using current technologies and others yet to come... What you'll get to do?
As a Capture Manager/Mission Engineer on this team, you will lead pursuit of opportunities for new business for Northrop Grumman. You will gain customer insight into needs and priorities, create and execute strategies that guide investments (engineering, research, teaming) to align with customer needs, and respond to customer requests for information and proposals for contracts. You will lead the definition of system needs and capabilities for proposed systems to be awarded by a customer. In addition, you will analyze customer needs and capability gaps defining concepts, presenting demonstrations, and leading technology development activities for business pursuits.

Basic Qualifications for a Staff Systems Engineer:
14 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor of Science degree in a STEM discipline; 12 years of relevant experience with a Masters' degree; 9 years of experience with a PhD
Working knowledge of systems engineering principles and processes
Ability to travel 10%
Active TS/SCI clearance
Preferred Qualifications :
Domain knowledge of IMC business
Knowledge of NG Business Acquisition Process (BAP)
Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering languages (SysML/UML) and concepts
