The team is responsible for integration of heterogeneous Space Vehicles to support the Space Security Mission. The program is a class C system, comprised of a cross-division team across NG directorates. Seeking candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The candidate is responsible for oversight of the heterogeneous Space Vehicles across each launch. This includes management of the integrated Critical Path (IMS), Risk Management and leading trades for customer concurrence to preserve launch dates and Mission performance. Space Vehicles integrated into the contract include internal product line Space Vehicles as well as external providers.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 9+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM discipline and 7+ years of engineering experience OR PhD Degree in a STEM discipline and 4+ years of engineering experience
Must have experience working with various software/data processing tools such as DOORS, MS Word, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other various programming languages.
Must have experience working with SE Tools, such as DOORS or CAMEO
Must have an active Top Secret clearance.
Candidate must have and maintain SCI with ability to obtain PAR access
Candidate must have experience in systems engineering
Salary Range: $129,700 - $194,500
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
