Northrop Grumman's Strategic Space Systems Division (SSSD) is seeking a Senior Principal Program Cost Schedule & Control Analyst to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals in Redondo Beach, CA.
This individual must have strong organizational and communication skills and be able to find creative and efficient solutions to the business challenges of a diverse division and customer base. The successful candidate will also be a conduit between Price Cost Estimating Analysts, Business Management, Contracts, Cost Accounting, other functional areas, other sector's Project Systems organizations, and Enterprise Services.
The work scope of the position includes, but is not limited to:
Providing support to functional users of 1Enterprise Resource Planning (1ERP) project related systems such as Systems, Applications, and Products (SAP) and Business Warehouse (BW)
Participating in and/or leading various cost management User Groups
Provide the project systems-related support to the Divisions Program Cost Analysts and Project Accounting organizations
Interface with program cost management analysts in setting up cost control systems for validated cost collection
Developing, maintaining and delivering training to the Business Management community; and defining/refining and documenting business process in response to changes
Bachelor's degree with 10 years of experience in Business, Finance, Economics or Accounting or Master's Degree with 8 years of experience
Working knowledge of SAP Management Project Systems Module
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; Excel, Word, PowerPoint
Experience with regulatory compliance and internal controls
Experience with project systems and in business management
Top Secret (TS) and or Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) Department of Defense (DoD) Clearance
