The Government Regulations & Compliance team at Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems (NGAS) is looking for you to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Analyst based out of Redondo Beach, CA or Melbourne, FL.
Interprets federal and state and/or international regulations as they apply to products, financial processes, and other processes, practices and procedures. Implements policies and procedures to ensure that these are in compliance with the appropriate statutes and regulations and that regulatory reporting requirements are met. Investigates and resolves compliance problems, questions, or complaints received from other units of the company, customers, government regulatory agencies, etc. May develop and implement programs designed to increase employee awareness and knowledge of compliance policies. May audit and evaluate current policies, procedures, and documentation for compliance with government laws and regulations.
This requisition may be filled at a higher grade based on the qualifications listed below.
Qualifications:
This requisition may be filled at either a Principal or Sr Principal level.
Basic Qualifications for a Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst are:
Bachelor's Degree with 6 years of compliance, accounting, finance, or cost related experience, or a Master's degree with 4 years of stated experience
Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisitions Regulations
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Basic Qualifications for a Sr Principal Regulatory Compliance Analyst 4 are:
Bachelor's Degree with 10 years of compliance, accounting, finance, or cost related experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years of stated experience
Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards and Federal Acquisitions Regulations
Working knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Northrop Grumman Billings
Experience with Internal Cost Scrubs
Experience interacting with DCAA/DCMA
