Northrop Grumman Aerospace Systems is seeking a PCWO Lab Lead 2 to work in Redondo Beach, California.

Electrical M&P Labs need a PCWO Lab Lead who will be responsible for coordinating work through PCWO Lab while working closely with management and section staff. This PCWO Lab Lead would be responsible for day-to-day operations of the PCWO Lab, communicate status & issues with all stakeholders (programs, GSC, functional, etc.), and also process all PCWO MRB tasks. The ideal candidate will possess an advanced understanding of SAP software, possess experience with Military Standards such as Mil-Std-750, Mil-Std-883, Mil-Std-202, and NGAS PIN specs. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as the ability to summarize and present data to customers, is essential to the success of this role.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field from an accredited institution and2 years of engineering experience in an aerospace environment OR

  • Masters of Science degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math) field from an accredited institution

  • Practical working experience with SAP and MS Office Suite

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters' Degree in Aerospace or Mechanical Engineering

  • Technical experience with MRB

  • Active In-Scope DoD Secret Security Clearance

  • Possesses strong leadership qualities, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
