The Mission Operations department has an immediate need for Operations Engineers in support of restricted Operations and Management (O&M) and development contracts.

Duties include:

  • Collaborating with team on tasking to ensure efficient operations

  • Coordinating tasking priorities between customer and OPS product line leads

  • Coordination and interfacing with other COAST IPTs

  • Communication with assignment manager on priorities, resources and activities

  • IPT level risk management

  • Off hours support will be required periodically

  • Possibility of travel to support offsite meetings (not mandatory)

Basic Qualifications for Operations Engineer:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 2+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline

  • Active SCI access

Basic Qualifications for Principal Operations Engineer:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 5+ years of engineering experience OR Master's Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline and 3+ years of engineering experience OR PhD Degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline

  • Active SCI access

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in STEM discipline

  • Experience in troubleshooting of complex systems

  • Working knowledge of Linux operating systems

Salary Range: $85,000 - $127,400

Salary Range 2: $104,600 - $157,000

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
