This role is for a F-35 GSC International Program Manager and will be responsible, accountable and have the authority for the operational efficiency, strategy, planning and execution of GSC material and services requirements for the F-35 Program execution internationally.
Job Description:
Single Point of Contact (POC) for GSC to the International Integrated Product Team (IPT) Director
Responsible for timely closure of assigned actions, projects, initiatives and efforts for GSC in support of the International IPT goals and expectations
Accountable for Weekly Company Furnished Material (CFM) Delivery metrics and CFM Kit deliveries health, status and visibility
Work with the GSC functional homerooms and establish the GSC training strategy, plan, facilitators and milestone completion status and health
Leads the multi-functional team to establish a POCLs consumable strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall's GSC responsibilities
Leads the multi-functional team to establish a standard hardware strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall's GSC responsibilities
Leads the multi-functional team to establish an indirect consumable strategy for Rheinmetall and responsible for the plan to transfer to Rheinmetall's GSC responsibilities
Owns the integration between Rheinmetall, Strategic Sourcing and any other GSC functional team for identifying and on boarding new and potential suppliers that would support the Germany integrated assembly line (IAL)
Working with in-country (INCO) leadership, support the plan for the GSC INCO plan
Ability to travel international and domestic up to 25%
Basic Qualifications:
Must have a bachelor's degree with 10+ years (8+ years with Master's) of experience leading supply chain program execution and/or program management including strategy, planning and execution of programs
Must have a minimum of 4 years management experience with a proven record of leading multi-functional integrated product teams
Must have experience directing a minimum of $50 million-dollar programs
Must have 8 years of experience in aerospace/defense industry
Must have the ability to obtain a security clearance

Background in government acquisitions
Masters of Business Administration
Masters of Science in Supply Chain

Salary Range: $160,200 - $240,400
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
