Northrop Grumman Industrial Security Analyst 3 in Redondo Beach, California
Northrop Grumman is looking for an Industrial Security Analyst thatwill provide support to the AMP Security Manager and to the Program Security Office (PSO). Candidate must be able to work independently and within a group. Candidate will ensure AMP programs are in compliance with government directives, regulations and policies, as well as company security directives and policies. Excellent communication skills are essential to interface with government officials, company management, company affiliates, and subcontractors. Written communication/organizational skills are essential to write Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), daily correspondence, and security plans. Candidate will conduct security briefings and lead security review discussions. Strong computer skills using common programs and tools such as MS Office, Microsoft Access, and SIMS is required. Must be able to take direction and excel in a multi-tasked dynamic environment. Self-starter that needs minimal supervision; some travel will be required. Candidate must be able to lift/move 30 pounds.
Must have active SSBI with an investigation completed in the last 6 years
Bachelor's degree and minimum of 6 years security experience
Ability to obtain and maintain special program access
Experience and knowledge of restricted customer and able to adapt to changing requirements
A solid understanding of NGAS processes and procedures is preferred
