Northrop Grumman SSSD has an opening for a Facilities Maintenance Manager 1 to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be located in Redondo Beach, CA .
In this role you will:
Supervise employees or outside contractors who construct, maintain, and repair utilities systems, buildings, and equipment via one or more of the following trades: electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, heating, painting, and/or general maintenance.
Provide leadership and set priorities and performs forecasting and allocates the resources needed to complete all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks.
Responsible for managing maintenance activities for buildings, infrastructure, plant equipment, and systems necessary to support successful facility operations.

Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 3 years of Electronics, Fire Systems, or Structural/Carpentry maintenance experience OR 7 years' experience in lieu of degree
Minimum 1 year of experience leading people, project, or program to completion or successful goal attainment
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems.
Ability to effectively communicate across various levels for understanding
Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Government Security Clearance up to an SCI
Experience utilizing MAXIMO Maintenance Management System
Active (in-scope) DOD Government Security Clearance
